Made to order

Every piece is made by hand after you order. Making usually takes 5–7 days from when your advance or payment reaches us. Personalised pieces, bulk orders (such as return gifts) and pieces made with your own flowers can take longer; we confirm the date with you before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

• We dispatch within 2 days of your piece being ready, by a tracked courier, and send you the tracking link.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 days after dispatch, anywhere in India. Remote PIN codes can take longer.
• We ship within India only for now.
• Pickup in Varanasi is free, by appointment.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on your PIN code and the size of the parcel. We tell you the exact charge before you pay the balance, and it is shown separately from the price of the piece.

Packing

Every piece is wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy box. Resin is strong, but please handle the parcel with care when it arrives.

If your parcel arrives damaged

Please record a video while opening the parcel. If anything is damaged, send us the video and photos within 24 hours of delivery at support@kaanchkahani.com. Once we've seen them, we make the piece again at no cost or refund it; see Cancellation & Refunds.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please check your address and phone number when you order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we can send it again; the second delivery charge is payable by you.

Festival dates

Before festivals such as Diwali, we announce the last date to order for delivery in time, on this website and on Instagram (@kaanchkahani).
