- Share the details: name or initials, colours, your photo or flowers.
- Pay a 50% advance on UPI to confirm.
- We make it by hand. Resin needs time to set, so it's ready in 5–7 days.
- We ship it across India, or you pick it up in Bengaluru.
Personalised pieces can't be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
- Wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy box.
- Shipped within 2 days of being ready, by tracked courier.
- Delivered across India in 3–7 days. We send you the tracking link.
- Please record a video while unboxing. If anything arrives damaged, send it to us within 24 hours and we'll make it again.
Caring for resin
- Keep it out of direct sunlight. Strong sun can yellow resin over time.
- Keep it away from heat: stoves, flames, a hot car dashboard.
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. No dishwasher, no harsh cleaners.
- Take jewellery off before a bath, a swim, perfume or sanitiser.
Questions
Can you put my own flowers in a piece?
Yes. Fresh flowers need to be dried first, which takes 2–3 weeks, so send them to us within 2 days of the occasion. Message us before you send them.
How long does an order take?
Most pieces are ready in 5–7 days, then 3–7 days for delivery. Resin has to set fully before it can be shipped.
Do you take cash on delivery?
No. Every piece is made to order, so we take a 50% advance on UPI to start and the rest before it ships.
Can I order return gifts in bulk?
Yes, from 25 pieces, in your colours and with each guest's initial. Tell us the number and the date you need them, and we'll confirm we can make them in time.
Is the lotus candle holder safe with a real flame?
Yes. A metal cup sits inside, so the flame never touches the resin. You can also use an LED tealight.
